These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all online courses, memberships, digital content, and related services (“Services”) provided by Nutrition Rescue, operated by Michael Hann, based in Australia (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Nutrition Rescue provides online educational courses, memberships, and digital resources focused on paediatric nutrition education.

We operate from Australia but sell globally. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Educational Use Only – No Medical Advice

All content provided through Nutrition Rescue is educational in nature only.

We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or individualised medical advice. Participation in our courses or memberships does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

Any decisions regarding your child’s health should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Children with complex medical or developmental conditions require individualised care beyond the scope of online education.

3. Eligibility and Personal Responsibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You understand that outcomes vary and depend on factors outside our control. You are responsible for how you apply the educational information provided.

4. Purchases, Pricing, and Currency

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, taxes, or charges applied by your payment provider. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

5. Memberships, Subscriptions, and Billing

If you purchase a membership or subscription, billing will occur on a recurring basis as stated at checkout.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide refunds for past billing periods.

Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-use, or partial completion.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law Notice

If you are an Australian consumer, you are entitled to guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product or service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement, as required by law. These rights exist independently of our stated refund policy.

We aim to provide ongoing access to our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may be limited or suspended due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary interruptions.

You agree not to share login details or course materials, represent our content as medical advice, misuse or misrepresent the Services, or attempt to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform. 

We reserve the right to terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

You use the Services at your own discretion and responsibility. This clause does not exclude rights that cannot be limited under Australian law.
